When appropriate, the firm also coordinates with its clients’ general legal counsel to ensure that the management of its clients’ intellectual property matters is consistent with the clients’ overall business plan.

The Pitts & Lake, P.C. law firm originated in 1977 when Bob Pitts began a solo practice after practicing for several years with a large Chicago-based patent law firm. Pitts & Lake, P.C. includes 7 attorneys and has provided quality legal services relating to intellectual property, both nationally and internationally, for over thirty years.
